Hannah Montana Tour Concerts: Tickets Sold-Out!

After months of waiting, stalking websites and ticket sellers, and finding scalpers with more reasonably priced re-sold tickets, you and your child finally made it to the Hannah Montana tour concert. Congratulations! Not only you and your tween have enjoyed a lot of quality time together, you even didn’t forget to have souvenir pictures of you both and the festive concert site to prove it. Your child may have even sang in the videoke contest during the pre-concert block party. And most importantly, you hear your little Darling exclaim, “That was totally an awesome and cool show!” Now you are finally convinced it was all worth it.
Hannah Montana tour concerts have always been receiving great raves from kids and parents alike. Save for the exorbitant tickets that are the only ones left for you to buy after the legitimate ticketmasters announce “sold-out” in just a couple of minutes after they open sales, everything is according to how you perceived them, or better.
HAPPY FACES
The atmosphere remains festive even, after you stood for several long minutes lining up to the exit (you should have remained seated and waited for the people to clear out from the exits before attempting to go out,) you find yourself and your daughter having to wait again in the crowded parking lot. Cars trying to figure a way out, endless chatters and squeals could be overheard everywhere as kids happily recap what just happened, and your child needs to go to bed, but you still feel good. Yes, it was a cool show, it rocks.
The Hannah Montana tour concerts have been playing to sold-out venues and have been edging out rival tours of other teen favorites. Finding tickets for these concerts have been the country’s newest past-time! The largest vendor of concert tickets in the US, Ticketmaster, reports that Hannah Montana tour concerts, “Best of Both Worlds,” edged out The Police, Celine Dion, Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jove, and other more established bands in terms of page views.
SOLD-OUT TICKETS
Such is the dearth of Hannah Montana tour concert tickets (apparently, there is a thriving business of buying tickets wholesale, hoarding them until the price goes up due to demands, and sold them up to, in extreme cases, $2000!) that there was a Mom in Texas who have gone to great lengths as to fake a story of a father who died in Iraq to wind concert tickets. Radio stations are cashing in on this with their wacky contests. One station offers Hannah Montana tour concert tickets to the winner of a contest where Dads are required to wear Hannah Montana dress, skirts, blonde wigs, etc.
Why wouldn’t it be popular? It is every 10 year old’s dream to see Hannah Montana in person and dancing and singing just like how she does on TV. It’s exactly like living your fantasy to be in one of those concerts and be just like the young girls and boys who scream and dance with Hannah on TV.
It just so happened that the executives of Disney Channel have cooked up the right recipe that captures the imagination of our beloved kids. Oh, well.
