27  "Me and Rico Down by the School Yard"  April 23, 2007   

When Miley and friends start high school, they were joined by Rico who skipped a couple of grades.  Rico learned about Miley's "big secret" and forces her to pose as his girlfriend in exchange of keeping her secret.  It turned out that the "big secret" is not the secret they thought he knows.  Jackson has a new friend, Thor who humiliates him.

28  "Cuffs Will Keep Us Together"  April 24, 2007   

Miley and Lilly had a big fight when Lilly failed to pick Miley up for her flag football team.  Oliver handcuffs the two and loses the key to make them resolve their issues.  Jackson embarks on an effort to try to make Robby stop ignoring him.

29  "You Are So Sue-Able To Me"  April 25, 2007   

When Lilly was asked to the dance by a boy she fancies, Miley gave her a make-over because she thinks Lilly acts like a boy.  After undergoing so much trouble, the boy never showed up for the date so they took off and complained to Teen Court.  Meanwhile, Jackson was having the trouble of deciding who to take to the Lakers game, he just won two tickets.

30  "Get Down Study-udy-udy"  April 26, 2007   

When told by Robby that Miles can't go on a European tour as Hannah Montana, unless she gets good grades in biology, Miley comes up with a song and dance number to get the desired mark in the exam.  Taken after the tune of "Nobody's Perfect", Miley's song and dance creation ends up getting known as "The Bone Dance".  Jackson's effort at being a good friend caused him a lot of troubles: he gets detention, and a pretty girl refuses a study date, all because of Thor's pet parrot that he volunteered to take care of.

31  "I Am Hannah, Hear Me Croak"  April 27, 2007   

Miley loses her voice, and unless she undergoes an operation, could not sing as Hannah Montana anymore.  The thought of ending her career and the operation makes her very nervous.  Miley dreamed of her dead mom who comforted and reassured her that the surgery will turn out fine.

To go to a party despite being grounded, Miley and Jackson asked Lilly and Oliver to pretend to be them and take their place at home.  This plan mis-fires and put them in more trouble.

33  "My Best Friend's Boyfriend"  May 18, 2007   

What would you do when you catch your bestfriend's boyfriend kissing another girl? Flirt with him?  That's just what Miley plans to do when she catches Lucas, Lilly's new boyfriend, with another girl.  Except that it would not be Miley, but Hannah Montana who's going to flirt with him, to show to Lilly what a cad her boyfriend really is.  Meanwhile, Jackson gets dismayed

with the security system invented by Rico for the shack.

Note: When Larry David attended a Hannah Montana taping to accompany her two daughters who are huge fans, he was convinced by the producers to guest on the show.  He agreed and appeared as the frustrated restaurant patron.  His two daughters also did a cameo.  Other celebrities also ended up gladly giving in to guest after they accompany daughters to watch tapings of the show.  Camryn Manheim and Brooke Shields are some of them. 


34 "Take This Jobe and Love It!"   June 16, 2007 

When Roxy ruined Hannah's date, she volunteered Roxy to work for the President.  During a Hannah Montana concert, Roxy saves the president from food poisoning.  Jackson wanted to impress a girl so he pretends to be a professional motorcross rider.

Miley's love interest, Jake comes back from Romania.  He tries to get back his romance with Miley but Miley has lost interest in him.  In the end, they got back together when Jake accidentally spilled out his love for Miley.  They exchanged secrets, including Miley's being Hannah Montana.  Jackson who was fired from his job worked with Oliver to make a store that sells Cheese jerky-jerky dipped in nacho cheese, which turned out to be better than Rico's store.  Rico tries to steal the recipe.

Miley realizes she doesn't like Jake Ryan and his movie star ego.  Their dates were unbearable with the fans gawking everywhere they go.  This gets worse when Jake decides to be "normal" and starts to act annoying.  Jackson's business moves on and Rico continues to hatch plans to steal the Cheese jerky recipe.  Jackson and friends later discovered that they only earned one dollar in profit.

37  "Sleepwalk This Way"  July 7, 2007   

Miley cannot tell Robby that she doesn't like one of the songs he was written.  While she tries to suppress this information, her feelings about it are expressed while she sleeps: by sleepwalking and telling about the truth to everyone. It turns out that the song she doesn't like was the one she wrote when she was still a little girl.  Robby was actually a really good song writer.  Jackson, on the other hand, tells everyone he's going to throw a party before asking permission from Robby.

38  "When You Wish You Were the Star"  July 13, 2007   

Miley's wish came true.  She wished on a shooting star to be Hannah Montana all the time.  She soon realizes that, despite perks of dating superstars like Jesse McCartney, she still misses being the girl-next-door Miley.  A lot of less than ideal things happened: Jackson becomes a hobo as he stops going to school and moved out of the house; Lilly changed camp and became close with Ashley and Amber; Rico and Oliver became rapping salesmen; and worst of all, Robby married a gold-digging woman.  When another shooting star appreared, Miley couldn't make another wish but Jackson's wish fixed everything.

To beat Hannah's singing rival, Mikayla (played by Selena Gomez), Miley want to go to Florida to grace a charity concert. The problem is, Robby, who injures his back, won't allow him to go alone.  Roxy was tricked by Miley to be her chaperone for the trip.  This ends up with Robby and Jackson getting on the plane to find Miley.

40  "Everybody Was Best-Friend Fighting"  July 29, 2007   

Miley, who was invited to a celebrity tennis tournament by a very cute tennis star, brought along Oliver and Lilly.  She originally just had one ticket but Rico saved the day.  She realized she shouldn't have brought the two as they keep on bickering over seats (a woman with a large hat in the seat in front of them is blocking the view).  The tennis star got angry with her.  Jackson, on the other hand, made Rico believe that he was cursed.  To get a few Saturdays off, Jackson made Rico think he paid a psychic for evil purposes.

41  "Song Sung Bad"  August 4, 2007   

Lilly, who is not a good singer, records a song for her mom.  Miley tried to improve the gift by editing it to make it sound better without telling Lilly.  Unfortunately, Lilly thought it was still her voice on the improved version, and this made her believe that she is a better singer. Before Miley could tell Lilly the truth, she already enlisted for a karaoke night at school to compete against Amber.  To save her from embarrassment, they agreed to have Miley sing in another room while Lilly lip-synchs.  A spider crawling up her arm led to things going awry.  Jackson, meanwhile has to deal with Lilly's friend Sarah, and his sister when the former believed he likes her.

42  "Me and Mr. Jonas and Mr. Jonas and Mr. Jonas" August 17, 2007   

Real-life Hollywood recording artists the Jonas Brothers join the cast in this episode.  Hannah Montana also had her first full-length duet here with an original song intended for this show.  The story in this episode revolves around Miley's jealousy of Robby's teaming up with the Jonas Brothers (Joe, Nick, and Kevin).  She devises an elaborate scheme to turn back her father's attention to her: she acts more "boyish", when it didn't work, she dressed up with Lilly as boy band members and caused her father to have a fight with the Jonas Brothers.  Of course, father and daughter reconciled and got to understand and appreciate each other better in the end.  The end part of the episode shows Hannah and the Jonas Brothers singing "We got the party."

43  "Don't Stop Til You Get the Phone"  September 21, 2007   

Because Robby won't let Miley buy the phone that she wants, she decided to sell an embarrassing picture of Hannah Montana to a tabloid to raise the money.  She later discovers that the picture shows Hanna wearing a necklace with the name "Miley" on it.  To get the picture back, she tries to convince the tabloid to let her replace it with an embarrassing picture of wrestling superstar and Hollywood actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.  Meanwhile, Jackson is troubled by a sunburn he got while playing volleyball.  He doesn't want Robby to know about it.

44  "That's What Friends Are For?"  October 19, 2007   

Another jealous streak here for Miley.  Jake declares he wants to keep a platonic relationship, and Miley thinks she's fine with it until her biggest competitor, Mikayla, becomes Jakes co-star and love interest in a new film. Miley tried to have Mikayla fired from the cast but fails.  Miley and Mikayla became friends in the end, but Mikayla is still Hannah's enemy.  It's stink time for oliver and Jackson as Rico bets a month's supply of free hot dogs if the two will not take a shower or change clothes for the whole week.

Seeing Lilly's and Mom and Miley's Dad together after a PTA meeting, the two girls hatched a plan to make them official sisters: they set their parents for a date.  When the date didn't go as planned, both parents are blamed by the girls.

47  "The Way We Almost Weren't"   

After Miley was almost hit by a lightning, she dreams about her mom and dad.  The scene was when they first met at a diner.  In this dream sequence, Miley's parents almost didn't meet.  This would mean she and Jackson are not going to be born.  To confound it, she sees Jackson start to disappear.  Miley tried to intervene and get her parents to meet and fall in love.  Lilly and Oliver, on the other hand, find themselves stuck in their chairs and they they try to find ways to get them off.

48  "Bye Bye Ball"   

This episode is about sibling fighting.  Jackson accidentally tears Miley's toy bear, Miley wanted to get back by ruining Jackson's Joey Vitalo signed baseball.  She changed her mind about having her revenge but ends up accidentally ruining the signed baseball anyway.  To fix everything, she has to get the baseball star sign another baseball for her brother.
